If you decide that you no longer wish to keep a plot, please send an email to societyadmin@southernallotments.org.uk advising when you wish to terminate your tenancy. Please include your full name, address and telephone number as the society will need this information to pass to GMCA and who are responsible for plot rental invoicing. The society will then offer your plot to the next person on the council waiting list. Please note that plot rental periods are 1st November – 31st October every year and if you are giving notice of your plot, you should try and do this at least a couple of months before the next years invoicing period as late cancellations result in delays to release the plot and unnecessary work for the society volunteers if you have been invoiced.
