Plot holders are reminded to please ensure that they have paid their Society membership fees (£10 per plot) for the 24/25 period which were due 1st November 2024 in order to receive the new 2025 gate codes by email.

Please remember – if you have not paid your society fees, you are not protected by Plot holder liability insurance so it is very important to pay these as soon as you can.

The gate codes will be changed early-mid January 2025 and plot holders will be notified by registered email address in January.

If you are asked for the gate codes, please refer whoever is requesting them from you to a member of the committee so that we can check that they have paid their society fees as this will ensure that the site costs are split fairly across all plot holders.
