Annual show & BBQ
Southern Allotments Society
Join us for our annual show where you can show off your growing skills and enter your lovingly grown produce into the show. There are lots of different show categories and the overall categories winner gets to be the custodian of the much admired Golden Pumpkin trophy for the next year!
After judging, the (soon to be built) BBQ and gazebo area will be open for plot holders to bring along their food and cook, eat and drink together.
The Society will provide the basics including sauces, cutlery, paper plates and buns so just bring something for the BBQ (we have separate meat and vegetarian BBQs/equipment) or perhaps a salad and a bottle to share - whatever works for you
It’s a great opportunity to meet your fellow plot holders and break bread together 🙂
