Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 7pm, upstairs at the Woodstock Pub & Restaurant, 138 Barlow Moor Road, West Didsbury M20 2DY.
The AGM is your chance to shape our Society, hear next year’s plans and meet fellow plot holders and the committee, who work hard year-round to support the Society and site.
At the 2026 AGM, we will:
- Elect the 2026/27 Society Committee.
- Review the Society’s 2025/26 activities.
- Answer questions submitted to the Secretary before the meeting.
Our 2026 AGM page links to details of the new Committee, Project Lead and Supporter roles, plus forms to nominate yourself or another plot holder.
Food, alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee can be ordered at the downstairs bar before the meeting. Only guide or assistance dogs are allowed inside.
Society membership fees are due on 1 November 2026 and have unfortunately increased to £15. The fee is payable by each registered plot holder and Associate member (partners, friends and regular attendees).

Finally, please remember that the site’s water supply will be switched off on 1st November, in line with Manchester City Council policy to prevent further winter damage to the underground pipework. We recommend filling your water butts before 1st November. Water butts around the cabin will collect winter rainwater to help supply members who need water over the winter.
