All deliveries of manure or soil must be supervised at all times and delivered directly onto your plot where possible. Every plot has the capacity to accept a delivery if space is made for it at the front of your plot.

Please do not leave any deliveries outside the cabin as this is a dedicated car parking space only. If you cannot arrange for your delivery to be deposited directly onto your plot and it has to sit on a side road, you must remove it within 2 days and no longer.

As a plot holder, you are responsible for moving compost or manure deliveries to your plot and the security of them. If you do leave a delivery anywhere other than your plot, the Society does not take any responsibility for other Plot holders assuming that manure or soil is for communal use so please ensure you remove anything from the communal areas asap.
