Committee meetings take place 4th Wednesday of month(s) January through to October.

Plot holder feedback* is discussed at each committee meeting as an AOB agenda item and Plot holders are invited to send any AOB they would like discussing no later two weeks prior to any committee meeting so that this can be planned into the meeting agenda. Plot holders can submit AOB items by completing the form below
